How many?

I'm about to show my age here, but how many people remember the Tootsie Pop commercial with the little kid asking "Mr Owl how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?"  I'm sure there are some of you out there who remember that classic commercial.

So, the question for today is, how many stamp sets does it take to make a simple birthday card?  Well, in this case...FOUR!

I'm back!

It's been a while since I have posted.  Sometimes life just has a way of killing the creative mojo. Hopefully now that spring has come and the days are getting longer the creativity will find its way back!

This week I'm playing with some Tim Holtz Crazy Birds and Catherine Pooler's Stamp of Approval Young at Heart collections while using the awesome color palette from this week's Color Throwdown Challenge!

This bird just cracks me up.  Kind of reminds me of me...like, I want to be in a good mood, but life...BLEH!  LOL.

I did another card in this palette, and in person I LOVE how it came out, but I am challenged when it comes to photographing cards with foil!!
